"This is the end of our slow season, I have the very best installers in the business. I need to keep these men working so their families can have a good Christmas. Our prices are being raised again! We just experienced a 14% increase about 6 months ago. I don't know where the prices will level off, but I can promise you prices will never go down."
"
Once I initially interview you, my #1 man Chris, is my lead installer and he measures every job that I sell. We both come up with same measurements almost every project. This technique ensures we can give the very best price to our customers.
Beware of scammers ... Tampa is infested with thieves!
Our trade is very competitive. We are being flooded with scam artists that give great prices only to steal your deposit and never to be seen again.
Illegal & unlicensed crews, can always do the work cheaper. Their installers usually don't speak English, but we are now being inundated with crews from Texas and elsewhere. If their trucks don't have Florida license plates, you are taking a huge risk contracting with these people.
The "non-American" crews usually have no green card, pay no taxes, carry no insurance, and if they do actually perform the initial work, they NEVER return if there is a problem or additional materials are needed from hurricane damage, etc. Use your common sense and always go with your "gut instincts" when hiring a contractor.
At "Siding Soffit and Facia Of Tampa", that is all that we do! We have added seamless gutter with "Leaf-Filter". The gutter we sell is not cheap, but we don't sell cheap production products because they don't hold up. A hard & steady rainstorm can fill your gutters completely to the top while still draining at full speed. The rainfall that fills the gutters literally weighs hundreds of pounds & causes the gutters to tilt forward. This causes the gutter mounting spikes to loosen from the fascia board mounting. If the downspouts or gutter gets clogged from pollen, dirt, leaves and other airborne debris, the trapped water will flow back into the soffit from the loosened and/or bent gutter mounting spikes and hardware. This water will cause roof trusses & fascia board to start the rotting process.
The #1 spot for rotted fascia wood is where the pool cage gutter attaches to the fascia board.
