We Need Installation Crews in 2022

I am 65 years old and I have never had a problem hiring installation technicians. I need full installation Crews ( 2 to 4 techs per crew) to handle the volume of business that is coming in. I would hire probably 5-10 crews in 2022 if they existed! The fact is, I can't find even one new crew that meets our standards.

The following criteria must be met to work with us:

• Installation crew must have their own van or truck and a trailer to transport materials & tools to job site.

• Crew must have vehicle insurance, as well as business liability insurance. ( I carry a million dollars in liability insurance & I pay about $100 a month)

• Crew MUST carry workers compensation or possess a "Worker's Compensation Exemption Certificate"

• Crew MUST have all of their own hand tools & MUST do top quality work !

• Crew MUST have one member that speaks English

• Crew must be reliable & trustworthy

• Crew leader must measure every job & generate a materials list & job description

• Crew leader must stay in communication with our office.

• Crew leader must answer text messages & return phone calls. I may text you once a day to check on progress of job. Crew leader must be kind to our customers & treat the customer with respect.

I don't feel that my requirements are unreasonable. I pay more than any other company in the entire state of Florida! In fact, I pay installers the most money per foot than they have ever made on a consistent basis. I demand quality work and I demand honesty. I don't tolerate being lied to. I don't tolerate my customers being lied to.

I expect my installers to stand behind their work. If the customer is not satisfied for any reason with the job I expect the installer to make it right.

If you are a seasoned siding, soffit & fascia installation crew ( gutter work a plus )& you want steady work. You must be reliable & you must perform top quality work. We DO NOT perform small repairs. We do full jobs only.
