Soffit & Fascia upgrade 2021

This is December 1st 2021. December is always the slowest month of year for us. I am offering the lowest prices possible to all homeowners & contractors for the installation of new soffit & fascia systems.

Just as it is cheaper to purchase a built in swimming pool in December, it is also cheaper to repair & upgrade your soffit & fascia system in December. We just had yet another 14% price increase from our supplier of siding, soffit, fascia, & gutter materials! In the past year our prices to contractors & builders alike, has increased almost 50%!

The good news is that I have a limited amount of our standard products in our warehouse. I need to liquidate this inventory from our warehouse, or I must pay taxes on materials that I have already paid taxes on! My installation crews also need to work. They have families to feed & Christmas to pay for. They are paid for the work they do. If there is no work then they don't make a dime.

In December, I will price all jobs for my cost of materials & labor, plus 5%. If you have been putting off soffit & fascia repairs, or replacing exterior siding on your home, NOW is the time to have us perform your work. Prices in January 2022, are likely to be as much as 50% higher than what it will cost to do the same work in December 2021.
