At Siding Soffit & Fascia Of Tampa LLC. we can certainly understand if our customer does not have all of the funds needed to have the soffit & fascia replaced on their home.

We can offer a solution to this dilemma that may be of help. We can break the quotation for services down into 4 separate jobs (the front, L side, R side, rear of the home ) . For Instance: If we upgrade the soffit & fascia on just the front of the home, we can return within 120 days to finish the project with no price increase from the original quote. This is our "Price-Lock Guarantee!"
We are helping a customer out at the time of this blog post with just such a project. The customer asked if we could perform the work on his home in "stages". This allows the customer to have the soffit & fascia on the back of their home replaced now. This customer just had new ductwork for their HVAC system installed. Squirrels had entered their attic area thru old soffit panels in the rear of the home.
We broke down the homeowner's project into sections which allowed the customer to secure their attic area which protects the new ductwork and keeps out the critters while ensuring the attic area is properly ventilated.
Proper soffit ventilation is key to keeping mold & mildew at bay. Proper soffit ventilation is critical for maintaining an ambient temperature in the attic that closely matches the temperature outdoors. If vented soffit panels have been painted shut, clogged with decades of pollen, or covered with attic insulation, the temperature in your attic may be as high as 165 F on a hot summer day!
If your AC unit is running 24/7 and the air coming from it is only cool in the middle of the night your soffit ventilation may be blocked!
If you have replaced your AC unit and it does not deliver "cold" air and runs 24/7 you may have blocked soffit ventilation!
If your 30 year shingle roof needed to be replaced after just 10 years your soffit ventilation may be blocked!
If you have black mold in your attic & walls, smell mildew, or have water forming on the ductwork in your attic you may have blocked soffit ventilation!
