As well as using your attic as a place to live, all rodents love to chew on wiring. It goes without saying that rodents can cause your home to burn down.

If you have exposed rotten holes in your soffit and fascia, you can bet that you are harbouring creatures that need to be evicted! We will replace all rotten fascia wood as well as rotted rafter tails (ends of roof trusses) and we will install brand new vinyl soffit and aluminum wrapped fascia wood that will NEVER need to be replaced. Virgin vinyl, is used in our soffit panelling that is a uniform color thru the entire vented panel. This means tree branches, ladders, etc. will NOT ever leave telltale marks or dents, no matter how the soffit is accidentally hit.

After the new aluminum fascia wrap, and the pure vinyl siding needs pressure washing in 5 or 10 years, the products will be back to looking exactly as it did when it was installed!
